April 15, 2008 (Miniclip) - Last week the entire Nintendo Team at IGN (being myself, Matt Casamassina, Mark Bozon, and newcomer Daemon Hatfield) hit the streets of San Francisco for the Nintendo Media Summit at the Clift Hotel downtown. Nintendo used this opportunity to show off what it and key third parties had cooking for its Wii and Nintendo DS gaming platforms.

On the first-party front, Nintendo kept it pretty low-key: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 was fully playable, and that's probably going to sell a bazillion copies simply due to the name. The other game was Crosswords, a title that Nintendo announced back at the Electronic Entertainment Expo last year and then went completely radio silent since then. But it was here at the event and pretty much complete…and the game is a surprisingly awesome title that will tickle the casual gamer in all of us.
